These bars do not taste so good. The appearance is terrible and they make you thirsty, maybe not a good thing when you are in points and has not much water on hand.
These energy bars are good and practical, but have two questions. The first is that they contain non-organic soy (hexane). The second is that you can find them for 99 cents piece at Harmon drugs and other discount stores.
“Organic” does not mean healthy. There are a lot of sugar in them. Had I known that I would never have bought them.
