I am the biological identical hormone replacement therapy and had to travel many hours to find a qualified doctor. I found Dr. Hotz book very informative and was not too surprised to see one-sidedness in teaching facilities, insurers and pharmaceutical companies! Bravo to come out and liberate you from what I also believe that he moved to the allergist is a bit latteral. He is still prescription “anti” drugs. He does not APICH syndrome or other reasons candiasis – such as heavy metals and toxins because of dental care. There are huge adrenal stressors! I went to one of these “famous” allergy clinics, and they smiled at me (as condescending behavior) when I said I drove biological dentist to remove my amalgam fillings mercury. My allergist said I was wasting my money. My chelation therapy urine test showed I was very toxic with mercury, tin, lead and other toxins. I went to the cause of my chronic (systemic) candidiasis, allergies, arthritis and CFS!

Although I agree with the author, that hormonal balance is essential for good health and wellbeing, I must distance themselves from “estrogen dominance” theory. The author is clearly a disciple of Dr. John Lee and his false theory of estrogen dominance. I was a victim of this junk to my problem was diagnosed with estrogen deficiency. When a woman undergoes menopause means that there is no such animal as “estrogen dominance” and continuing this nonsense is the cause of much misery. A much better book on female hormone replacement is a “natural hormone balance” by Uzzi Reiss.

Our bodies are kept in a hormone bath. There are estrogen, testosterone and other hormones in our entire bodily system. These hormones are influenced by so much – brain wiring, situational effects, food intake, other chemicals ingested and even our thoughts. Help is on its way. However, it will help slow and it is hard to find.
